Opposite the office is a jewel of a guest suite to make your guests feel like royalty. A full bathroom is located between the guest bedroom and office.
Upstairs, you will find a bonus room with room for a closet to make into an additional bedroom or to serve as an entertainment room.
Downstairs, you will find 3-4 more bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and a gym with amazing lake views! Additional storage areas provide room for all of your storage needs
Downstairs, you will find lakeviews from 3 more bedrooms, 2 more dens, 2 more bathrooms, and the gym.

My favorite room is the speech office. As a former speech pathologist, I enjoyed keeping my books and toys in this special room. I am excited to take these to our new home close to our grandchildren to enjoy many hours of playtime. Perhaps, you can turn this special room into your own private library!
If you enjoy waterskiing or would love to learn to waterski, you will enjoy access to the two ski boats. For a small additional fee and boat training lesson, you can have use of the boats to enjoy skiing at your leisure. The community has been very accommodating in teaching both children and adults to waterski.
If you don't waterski, not a problem; you will enjoy the serenity of looking out almost every window to a beautiful turquoise lake view and leisurely walking around the lake and gated, safe neighborhood. Swim and sunbathe at the beach area beside the pavillion. The beauty of nature surrounding this property and the abundance of privacy with no other homes within sight of this home, offers the tranquility you have been seeking from living in a busy city or crowded neighborhood. You can also use the community pavilion for your own private gathering with a reservation.

People of all ages reside in this community, skiers and non-skiers take pride in this gated community. Families with children and retirees over 60 enjoy making this community a fun, safe, and happy place to call home. Located just 10 minutes from highway 515 and centrally located between Jasper, Ga and Ellijay, Ga, Whitestone is easily accessible to shopping, wineries, restaurants, and medical facilities. With the easy access to highway 515, you can easily commute into the city for your job or work from home in the home office.
If you are moving from out of state, you will find Georgia to be a very affordable place to live. The weather is mild, but still offers four distinct seasons. Enjoy playing on the lake in the summer (or watching others play on the lake), picking berries in the Spring, hiking to waterfalls through the leaves in the Fall, and sitting by your fire pit in the Winter.
