Strawberry Jam-No Sugar

Are you trying to eat healthy? Are you aware of all of the hidden sugars in our everyday life? Yes, sugar is everywhere, including hidden away in our condiments, salad dressings, and jam/jelly. With just a little bit of time, you can still enjoy having strawberry jam without all of the loaded sugar.

Just visit your favorite strawberry orchard and enjoy picking ripe strawberries while getting outside for some exercise and vitamin D on a sunny spring day.

Stawberry Jam- No Sugar

6 cups clean, sliced strawberries

3/4 cup Stevia

1/2 cup water

2 boxes Surejel


  1. Mix water and Strawberries


    ree
  2. Mash strawberries with a potato masher.

  3. Add Stevia and Suregell Bring to a boil for 1 minute,

4 Add to hot jars that have been boiled and

Place lids on top.

5 Place jars in a pot and cover with water at least one inch above jars for 10 minutes.

  1. Remove jars and listen for the lifs sealing on top. Check to make sure each lid is sealed.



Blueberry Jam

10 cups blueberries

1 Lemon

1/4 c Stevia

2 boxes Fruit Pectin ( no sugar added)


Boil for 1-2 minutes before adding to previously boiled jars and canning for future use.
